Jeff's ticket was pulled by contractor Billy Burris from over 33,000 tickets. Jeff and his family were informed Saturday December 11th while they were driving through Ohio on their way back to access another delivery. Jeff was awarded his brand new Dodge on Monday afternoon, with his family.
